Reviews
- We will review your case on a four-monthly basis and ask you if you have any new needs or support issues
- We will involve you in the review process to ask you if you are happy with the service received so far
- We will discuss with you when your support needs have been dealt with and mutually agree to close your case
- We will write to you within five days of closing your case to confirm it has been closed
- We will inform you in writing what we have achieved in assisting you
- We will offer the service to you if you so need it at a later date
- We will inform the person or agency who referred you to the service that the case is closed and details of what we have achieved for you
As a user of the Tenancy Support Service you may initiate a review at any time. The review
process will assess whether you are happy with the service being received so far and detail any new
needs that have arisen.
Appeal of Assessment
If you are not happy with the outcome of your assessment or review you have a right to
appeal. Appeals will be looked at by a member of the management team and human resources,
within Ealing Homes. They will look at your case within 10 days of lodging an appeal.
They will inform you who will be involved in the appeals process, when and where the appeal will
take place, and that you have the right to be accompanied by a friend, relative or other
professional/advocate. They will notify you of the outcome of the appeal within 20
