Reviews

As a user of the Tenancy Support Service you may initiate a review at any time.  The review process will assess whether you are happy with the service being received so far and detail any new needs that have arisen.

Appeal of Assessment

If you are not happy with the outcome of your assessment or review you have a right to appeal.  Appeals will be looked at by a member of the management team and human resources, within Ealing Homes.  They will look at your case within 10 days of lodging an appeal.  They will inform you who will be involved in the appeals process, when and where the appeal will take place, and that you have the right to be accompanied by a friend, relative or other professional/advocate.  They will notify you of the outcome of the appeal within 20 days.  If you do want to make an appeal on a decision following your assessment or review then please write to:
