What happens after you ask for Tenancy Support?
Within 5 working days of receiving your request, one of our Tenancy Support
Officers will contact you to arrange an appointment.
How Tenancy Support is delivered
At the first appointment, we will talk to you to find out what you need help with. We will
write down any issues you raise on a tenancy support assessment plan. The information on this plan
will help us to discuss and agree a support plan with you.
The support plan will clearly show what areas you and your Tenancy Support Officer will try
to deal with, how you will deal with them and what you hope to achieve at the end of the service
that will help you to live independently.
