Accessing the service
To be able to access the service you need to be an Ealing Council tenant and meet the
vulnerability criteria. You can self-refer yourself to the scheme by
contacting the Tenancy Support Team on the contact details stated below:
For the East area (covering Acton, Ealing and Hanwell)

For the West area (covering Greenford, Northolt, Perivale and Southall)

We will contact you within five days of receiving a referral to make an appointment to interview you. We will offer you an interview either at the housing office or within your home, and inform you in writing if you are eligible to receive support from the service. If you are not eligible to receive support you will be informed also in writing and provided with information on alternative service providers.
