Lettings are allocated in the following order:
1) Council tenant or leaseholder
2) Resident living on the estate
3) Other resident living near by
Tenant cannot rent a garage if they are in arrears and are expected to keep their account in credit. Any tenants breaking the terms of the tenancy will have their garage taken away from them. Garages are only allocated for storing motor vehicles and not personal/domestic items and should be within walking distance from your registered address.
