At Ealing Homes we want to improve our services to you and tailor them to your specific
circumstances. To help us meet this goal and to comply with equality targets set by the
Commission for Equality and Diversity we need to find out more about you, your family and any other
people living with you.
We also need to ensure that the services we offer fit your needs and situation; that you are
treated fairly and given all the relevant help and information you need. To achieve we this
we need a high response rate. These survey is easy to compete and should take no longer than
a few minutes of your time. Please answer the questions freely and honestly. Your
responses will be treated in confidence and you will not be individually identified.
If there are any parts of the surveys you do not wish to complete please leave them blank or
tick the ‘decline to answer’ box; but please complete the survey.
