Resident Inspectors
Resident Inspectors are local residents who help us test our services to ensure they meet our
customer service standards. By carrying out checks on different aspects of the organisation, they
are able to provide us with information that can help us improve the services we provide to
residents.
We have a team of Resident Inspectors who meet regularly to discuss their findings and come
up with interesting and new ideas for carrying out their assessments. Findings are reported to the
Continuous Involvement Group.
Continuous Improvement Group
The purpose of this group is to involve residents in analysing complaints, performance
indicators and survey results and to make recommendations for improvements to services to the
Management Operations Team and the Senior Management Team. This group meets every six weeks
and the meeting dates are to the right hand side.
