When is work done across estates?
The following caretaking duties will be undertaken by the Estate Services team
- Sweeping & mopping of stairwells and landings
- Removal of cobwebs
- Clearing litter within and around the block
- Wiping down ledges and balustrades

Also:
- Spot cleaning will be undertaken throughout the week to remove hazards, spillages, etc.
- Your block will be checked daily for hazards and the lighting will be checked weekly.
- The walkway giving access to front doors is your responsibility.
Please
do not leave/dump bulk or household refuse in communal areas of the estate. Any
resident identified as leaving/dumping refuse inappropriately will be issued with a £50.00 Fixed
Penalty Notice. Action may also be taken under the conditions of your tenancy or lease.
