It is important you tell us about any problems that happen during the works so that we can
resolve them quickly.
The following is the procedure for reporting problems:
1. Contact your Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) who may be able
to fix the problem immediately or direct you to someone who can.
2. If you are unhappy with the RLO’s response, or if no response has been
received, contact the Site Manager. Details can be found in the contractor's
information booklet.
3. If the problem is not resolved, get in touch with the Contracts
Manager (who is in charge of all the contractor’s work). Your RLO can provide details.
4. If you feel the problem has still not been adequately dealt with, it is
now time to call the Decent Homes Help Desk at Ealing Homes on 020 8825 7641 or freephone
