Assessing your home


Several months before the work starts, the contractor will contact you to arrange a suitable time to do a survey of your home to see what needs to be done.
 
The survey checks if your home meets the four main standard criteria which are:

You will be able to choose some things like kitchen units, tiles and flooring. We will write all these things down and you'll sign some forms to confirm these choices. You will also get a copy of this form, so you can check you get the things you have chosen.
 
When we know all the details, we will give you a schedule so you know exactly what work will be done to your home.
 
Approximately three weeks before the work starts, the contractor will contact you to arrange access to your home.
