What to expect when works have finished
When the all the work is done and the builders have finished working on your home, an Ealing
Homes officer will need to check it. Please make sure you are available to let the Ealing Homes
officer into your home. If the work is not signed off, your 12-month warranty on the works will not
be valid.
You will also get the chance to fill in a satisfaction survey about the work that has been
done in your home.
