Mediation

Mediation is a way of helping neighbours in dispute to resolve their problems with the help of a neutral third party. Mediation works if both neighbours really want to resolve the problem.

The Mediators:

Have been specially trained to help neighbours resolve their problems
Understand the stresses and strains caused by neighbour disputes
Will not judge, blame or take sides
Will not give instructions

For the neighbours in dispute, the service is:

Ealing Race Equality Council (EREC) and Ealing Mediation Drop In Sessions

If you are suffering from Racial Harassment and Domestic Violence or having problems with your neighbours you can attend our drop in sessions where mediators will be available to discuss issues you are experiencing. Sessions taking place as follows:

1st Tuesday of every month
