Refuges
Places in refuge can be booked through the Antisocial Behaviour Team or through some of the
organisations listed below.
A refuge is a safe place where women who have experienced violence can live. They employ full-time workers who support women, helping them to claim housing benefits, get legal advice and helping to plan for the future.
The location and telephone numbers of refuges are secret, but women’s groups, the police, social services, Ealing Homes Antisocial Behaviour Team or the Samaritans, can put you in touch with them.
