Emergency Repair Details
Outside normal office hours (weekends, bank holidays and evenings between 5pm and 8am) we
only handle emergency repairs.
We treat repairs as emergencies if:
- They are necessary to avoid danger or risk to the health of the occupants
- They could cause serious damage to the property
- Heating emergencies are dealt with between 5pm - 11pm and are a make safe service primarily for
the winter period
To report out-of-hours emergency repairs call:
0800 181 744 (except lift repairs, call 020 8825 5000).
Repair work may only be done to make the situation safe. Any follow-on works will be carried
out in normal working hours. We will endeavour to attend any emergency call out within four
hours, subject to demand.
If you call us and we find the repair is not a genuine emergency we will charge you the
emergency call-out fee.
