There are many options available to you for paying the rent. Each link below has details of
the different choices available to you. (Please note payments take approximately 3 working days to
show on your rent account)

Please be aware that your rent will normally change in April of each year. Notification of
any changes will be sent to you in advance.
It is a condition of your tenancy that your weekly rent payment is due every Monday. Your
rent is due in advance, whether you choose to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly. If you choose to
pay your rent on a monthly basis you are required to pay a month in advance to avoid falling into
rent arrears.

Deductions from Benefit
Third party deductions can be set up for tenants in arrears who receive income support/job seekers allowance.
Deductions from Salary
Attachment of earnings can be set up for tenants in arrears who are in work.
