Garage arrears are what you owe in unpaid garage rent and are caused by late, missed or part
payment of your garage rent.
If you go into arrears with your garage rent you will be issued with two warning letters. If the
arrears are still not cleared in full then you will be served with a Notice To Quit, which will
have the effect of ending your garage tenancy. Upon expiry of the Notice, Ealing Homes will arrange
for repossession of the garage. You will be required to remove your vehicle before expiry of the
Notice.
If you are in garage arrears please contact your local area office to confirm repayment.
