Ealing Homes
Equality and Diversity Policy
Ealing Homes aims to have a workforce representative of the diversity in the local
community. We have set ourselves a workforce target to employ a minimum of 12%
of people with a disability. This target is based on the census data which indicates 12%
of the local community have a disability and are capable of working. Ealing Homes' current
workforce comprises 9.67% employees with a disability.
We shall be working closely with Jobcentre Plus and other disability agencies in the
community to target our advertising and encourage people with a disability to apply for jobs with
Ealing Homes. Ealing Homes will do all it can to make reasonable adjustments in the workplace to
facilitate the employment and retention of people with a disability.
