Ealing Homes Objectives
Ealing Homes will:
- Deliver decent homes by 2010
- Maximise income collection and efficiency relating to costs to meet targets
- Tackle Antisocial Behaviour and manage residents' expectations
- To raise resident satisfactionwith particular attention to Antisocial Behaviour, Caretaking and Leaseholder services
- Improve internal communications and staff satisfaction
- Improve communal cleaning and bring all estates up to a good consistent standard
- Embed equality and diversity acress the organisation
- Contribute towards the objectives of the Local Strategic Partnership
- Develop new business to raise revenue to enable Ealing Homes to deliver on its objectives
