Ealing Homes is responsible for managing Ealing Council’s housing stock
of approximately 19,000 properties in West London. The Arms Length Management
Organisation was set up in September 2004 to improve services to its residents and to achieve the
Government's Decent Homes initiative by 2010.
We have approximately 300 employees working accross a broad range of jobs.
Ealing Homes was awarded a Two Star Service rating by Government Housing Inspectors
in 2005. We are now aiming for a Three Star Excellence rating from our next audit in 2008.
