Following four successful years with Ealing Homes, Su Gomer, Managing Director, has decided the time is right for a new challenge and will be leaving Ealing Homes at the end of July.
In her first year Su took Ealing Homes from a one star, fair service to a two stars and good service and has seen continual improvements with high satisfaction rates across all services.
Other successes under her leadership have been the achievement of ‘Investors in People’, Charter Mark for Customer Service Standards and national recognition for Ealing Homes’ Antisocial Behaviour work. Impressed with Ealing Homes’ achievements, the government asked Ealing Homes to host the launch for the Respect Standard for Housing Management in 2006.
Su Gomer said, “I have been proud to work with such a dedicated professional team and know that they will continue to improve and gain three stars in next year’s inspection.”
Su Gomer wishes to assure residents that plans are in place to ensure that they will continue to receive the excellent service that have come to expect while recruitment for the new Managing Director takes place.
The Chair of Ealing Homes, Eddie Brown said, “Su has made a significant contribution to the success of Ealing Homes and we are sorry to see her go. We thank her for all she has done and wish her well for the future.”
