New board members for ASRA
Ealing Homes' Chief Executive Susmita Sen has recently joined the Board of Directors of the ASRA
- Greater London Housing Association.
ASRA - Greater London Housing Association has appointed four affordable housing
specialists to its board including Dorian Leatham, Darryl Godwin, Mehban Chowdery and Susmita
Sen. They will oversee the work of ASRA, providing strategic guidance, maintaining
overall financial control and ensuring that the association is run effectively.
Dorian Leatham, former Chief Executive of Hillingdon Council, is currently also Chair of
Nottingham City Housing Strategic Partnership Board. Darryl Godwin is Director of Shared
Horizons, the low cost home ownership division of the Amicus Horizon Group, while Mehban Chowdery
is Head of Affordable Housing at the National House Building Council.

ASRA, part of the LHA-ASRA group, manages nearly 2,500 homes across Greater London and the Home
