Charter Mark status retained
Charter Mark is the Cabinet Office’s stamp of approval that an organisation meets its stringent requirements for customer services. This is a prestigious award and as the Cabinet Office website says:
'Successful applicants can use the Charter Mark as a recognition of the excellence in customer service they have achieved, demonstrating to themselves and the wider public the high level of service that can be expected'.
