Updated Repairs Handbook for Ealing Homes tenants

The Repairs Handbook contains useful information about our new response times, how to report
a repair, and the roles and responsibilities of Ealing Homes and its tenants. A range of subjects
are covered, from how to prevent condensation to unblocking a sink or dealing with a burst
pipe.
New areas introduced include:
- A single freephone number for reporting repairs: 0800 181744
- A 20 working day target for completing routine repairs (previously 28 working days)
- A new appointment slot called the ‘school run’ to accommodate parents who need to take their children to school.
By now, all Ealing Homes tenants should have received their copy of the handbook. If you still
