Ealing Homes welcomes your comments on the services we provide. Although we aim to get
our services right, there are times when things go wrong. We also hope that there may be
times when you would like to tell us when we are doing things right. Your feedback is
important and helps us to improve our services.
If you have a concern or suggestion about a particular service Ealing Homes provides,

service manager or the person that investigated your complaint for further
