Customer Service Centre for all your Housing and Repairs needs. This includes:
Repairs, Rent, Tenancy Management, Antisocial Behaviour and Estate Services, and also for
general enquiries regarding Decent Homes, Right to Buy and Leasehold Services.
Contact us Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and on Saturdays between 9am and 12pm on 0800 181744 which is free on landlines.
But if you use a mobile phone, however, the 0800 number is not free. It would be cheaper for you to call a landline, so the list below details the numbers to call for individual departments. It also gives the relevant email addresses.

antisocial behaviour, squatters or abandoned properties outside office hours

0800 032 1540. This number is available seven days a week from 5pm to 1am, but
remember, call
999 in an emergency.
